A founding member of the firm, Ibrahim Kutty is the Civil Engineer and Authority Liaison Manager. In a career that has spanned 17 years, Ibrahim has excelled in various commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

He is a structural and civil engineer and has over 10 years of experience in structural design of various commercial, residential and industrial projects . He is very proficient in structural software viz. ETABS, SAFE, STAAD and PROKON. He has expertise in AutoCAD and Revit as well. His duties include structural designs of buildings, shopping malls, warehouses and other miscellaneous structures, obtaining approvals and NOCs from local municipality and other local authority, coordinating works with various disciplines viz. architectural, structural and M.E.P services and liaising with site projects team for smooth execution of works at site.
