An established and respected practitioner in Dubai’s engineering community, Ram Krishna Gupta, fondly known as RK, is the entrepreneurial Founder, Managing Partner and Technical Director of the firm. His 31+ year career began in the Indian Institute of Technology, and he now oversees cutting-edge structural engineering projects.

As a structural engineer, he has done designing, planning, project monitoring, site supervisions and liaison with various authorities. He has designed structures for multi-storied buildings to 81 stories, commercial complexes in reinforced concrete, factory buildings in structural steel and special structures like bridges, sewage and water treatment plants. His experience in structures ranges from ordinary load bearing ones to framed reinforced concrete of normal to large spans, pre-stressed/post- tensioned concrete structures and foundation from open type to pile foundations in reclaimed land with considerable skin friction. He has also been involved in renovation and refurbishment work, which sometimes involves removing existing beams and columns and strengthening the structure by alternative schemes.
